RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that every Knit Knit garment fully meets your expectations. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days from delivery to submit a request:
- Products must be intact, unworn, and with original tags attached
- To start the process, write to shop@simonafenaroli.eu indicating your order number and the reason for the return. A ticket will be opened and you will receive a confirmation via email. Our team will respond as soon as possible; the service is active from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an order error occurred
How to prepare your return package: Prepare the package using a new shipping envelope or the original one, removing the initial document and/or any shipping labels. Ensure it is carefully sealed with packing tape.

Upon receipt and verification of the garment, we will proceed with the refund or shipment of the new item within 7 business days.
